A well-established law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with commercial real estate experience looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive environment that offers genuine flexibility and progression.
Working closely with the Head of Department, you will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters while building strong client relationships and developing your own client base. The role also offers the opportunity to supervise support staff, making it ideal for someone looking to gain or build on leadership experience.
The role will involve:
• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant work
• Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts and wider transactional documentation
• Advising a broad range of business clients across multiple sectors
• Running matters from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision
• Maintaining excellent standards of client care and regulatory compliance
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with solid experience in commercial property law and confidence in handling transactions independently. Experience working to LEXCEL standards would be advantageous but is not essential. The firm is seeking someone proactive, organised and motivated to continue developing professionally, with support available for further training and qualifications.
