The company are ideally looking for a candidate with strong listing and negotiating skills, and while an experienced Sales Manager would be preferable, our client will also consider an enthusiastic and energetic Assistant Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator who is looking to take on a more responsible promotional role.
The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business, conducting valuations, progressing sales, and delivering high levels of customer service throughout the sales process.
This position will suit a motivated and professional estate agency individual who is confident building client relationships, supporting team performance, and working within a fast-paced residential property environment.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as Senior Sales Negotiator or Sales Negotiator:
*Managing residential property sales from instruction through to completion
*Conducting market appraisals and winning new business opportunities
*Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
*Progressing sales and maintaining regular communication with clients
*Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
*Contributing towards office targets and overall business growth

*Previous experience within residential estate agency sales
*Strong knowledge of the residential property sales process
*Confident negotiating and closing deals
*Professional and customer-focused approach
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Motivated, target-driven and commercially aware
*Ability to work effectively within a team environment
*Full UK driving licence preferred
