Full job descriptionPersonal Injury Paralegal - RTA | Manchester | Up to £29,000A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Personal Injury Paralegal to join the busy RTA team of a highly regarded national Legal 500 law firm in Manchester.
This is an excellent chance to become part of a well established and supportive team handling a varied caseload of road traffic accident and personal injury matters, while gaining exposure to high quality work within a leading practice.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within a Personal Injury or RTA team, with a strong understanding of the RTA claims process. Experience using the RTA Portal and Proclaim Case Management System would be highly advantageous.
The firm are keen to meet candidates from reputable law firms who can demonstrate strong academics, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to their work.
The Role:*Assisting fee earners on a varied caseload of RTA and personal injury matters
*Managing claims through the RTA Portal
*Liaising with clients, insurers, medical agencies, and third parties
*Drafting correspondence and legal documentation
*Supporting the wider team with case progression and file management
About You:*Previous experience within Personal Injury / RTA
*Familiarity with the RTA Portal
*Proclaim experience advantageous
*Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
