Full job descriptionNHB Recruitment are working alongside this listed advertising company in their search for a Finance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the growing Finance team and work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in helping transform Finance into a centre of excellence for systems,insight, and value creation, supporting business performance and strategic growth.


You will partner with the operational and commercial teams to support strategic decision-making
*Deliver high-quality financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis
*Provide insight into performance, margins, and operational efficiency
*Assist with budgeting, planning, and financial modelling


We are looking for
*Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
*Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset
*Experience partnering with senior stakeholders
*Ability to translate financial data into clear business insight
