What You’ll Be Doing
As a Residential Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales success. Your responsibilities will include:

*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
*Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions
*Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales journey

What We’re Looking For
*Minimum 1 year’s experience in residential property sales
*Confident, professional, and enthusiastic communicator
*Target-driven with a motivated and ambitious mindset
*Passion for property and exceptional customer service
*Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
*Knowledge of the Oxted and/or Caterham areas preferred
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
