Graduate Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description
*Support NPI projects, helping to develop and improve manufacturing processes
*Work closely with production teams, suppliers and customers to ensure products meet strict quality standards.
*Gain hands-on shopfloor experience by assisting with manufacturing support, process improvements and problem-solving activities.
*Learn to create and maintain engineering documentation including BOMs, routings, SOPs, inspection plans, PFMEAs and FAIR documentation.
*Assist with investigating manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions using industry-standard root cause analysis tools such as 5Y, 3C, and 8D.

Graduate Manufacturing Engineer
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
*Degree in a relevant engineering discipline, such as Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
*Strong interest and enthusiasm for the engineering industry
*Proactive, adaptable and driven personality with a willingness to learn and develop.
