You will be working with a broad range of clients on property matters from residential tenant issues to commercial lease disputes. This is a friendly team, led by highly experienced practitioners with the ability to provide you with the necessary support and guidance to develop your career. 6+ years’ PQE in property litigation, strong technical expertise across a broad range of disputes, confident managing your own caseload, with a commercial, client-focused approach. SENIOR PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR:
You’ll manage your own busy and varied caseload, advising a broad-ranging client base on complex and high-quality property litigation matters, including:
• Adverse possession
• Breaches of covenant
• Rights to light
• Professional negligence
• Boundary disputes and nuisance
• Rights of way and party wall issues
• Trespass and title disputes
• Break clauses, dilapidations, forfeiture and repossession
• Lease renewals and termination
• Rent reviews, service charge disputes, and tenant default

You’ll be delivering strategic advice and tailored solutions, working closely with clients and colleagues in a collaborative environment.
