With significant investment transforming our site into one of the most advanced dairy facilities in the UK, we’re now expanding our engineering team and looking for Engineering Technicians to play a key role in supporting a highly automated, next-generation production environment.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of modern manufacturing—combining cutting-edge technology, large-scale automation and ongoing site transformation.
What you’ll be doing
*Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to maximise equipment reliability
*Responding to breakdowns efficiently, minimising downtime in a fast-paced production environment
*Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and engineering upgrades
*Collaborating with operations to drive safety, quality and performance
*Supporting the installation, commissioning and integration of new equipment
What you’ll be working with
*Highly automated process and filling lines with advanced PLC systems
*High-speed blow moulding and hygienic filling technology
*Multi-axis robotic packaging systems
*One of the UK’s largest pallet cooling and transport systems
*Site-wide infrastructure including: *Combined Heat & Power (CHP)
*Advanced compressed air systems
*Sustainability and recycling technologies

What we’re looking for
*A time-served Engineering Apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline
*Experience within a manufacturing or production environment
*Strong knowledge of reactive and preventative maintenance
*Experience working with automation, robotics or process equipment (desirable)
*A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
*A team player committed to high safety and performance standards
What you’ll get in return
*£57,289 salary plus 1.5x overtime
*£5,000 sign-on bonus (paid after successful completion of probation)
