Location: Banbury
Duration: 4 weeks
Start: 8th June
Finish: 1st July
Rate: £270- £300 per day
We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide cover on a busy Amazon Logistics site in Banbury. This is a short-term assignment overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth project delivery while the main Site Manager is away.
Key Responsibilities
*Oversee daily site activities and subcontractor coordination
*Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance
*Ensure works progress according to programme
*Liaise with project teams, stakeholders, and on-site Amazon representatives
*Maintain site records, inductions, and reporting
Required Certifications
*SMSTS
*First Aid at Work
*CSCS Black/Gold Card
*Asbestos Awareness
Ideal Candidate Background
*Previous experience working on similar logistics/industrial projects
*Strong site management and communication skills
*Ability to step in and take full control of site operations with minimal handover
