Our client, a well-established and growing facilities management business, is looking for a Commercial Financial Controller to lead financial operations, provide strategic insight to senior stakeholders, and drive commercial performance across the organisation. Position: Commercial Financial Controller
Full-Time
Salary: £80,000 to £90,000 per annum + benefits
Key responsibilities of the Commercial Financial Controller:
*Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and support strategic decision-making.
*Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the business.
*Drive profitability through detailed analysis of performance, margins, and cost control.
*Oversee monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
*Develop and enhance financial reporting to improve business visibility and decision-making.
*Manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
*Support business growth through financial modelling and commercial evaluation of new opportunities.
*Ensure strong financial controls and governance are in place across the organisation.
*Build effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Key essentials of the Commercial Financial Controller:
*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
*Strong commercial acumen with experience in a fast-paced environment
*Proven stakeholder management and business partnering skills
