The Role
We are seeking a driven and technically minded Graduate Aftersales Engineer to support customers post-installation. This role focuses on ensuring optimal performance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining strong client relationships through high-quality service and engineering expertise.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide technical support to customers regarding installed systems
*Assist with fault diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance activities
*Work closely with senior engineers on aftersales projects and service visits
*Support commissioning and upgrades of equipment where required
*Prepare service reports and documentation
*Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
*Help improve aftersales processes and customer satisfaction
*Occasional travel to customer sites
What We’re Looking For
*A degree (preferred) or HNC in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar)
*Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
*Eagerness to learn and develop engineering knowledge in a practical environment
*Good communication skills with a customer-focused approach
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
*Full UK driving licence (preferred)
