What is required from you?
*A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
*A vehicle and full UK driving license is preferred
*Must be available to work 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends
A day in the life of a Maintenance Person
*You will be responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements
*You will assess and undertake repairs including painting and decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, repairing doors and windows.
*If work cannot be completed internally, you will liaise with our head office team to refer the repair to a contractor.
*Safety is paramount, so you will ensure that the care home is safe for all of our residents.
*You will ensure that work is completed and recorded in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.
