Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm | 3 days per week (Monday compulsory)
Set-up: Office based, near Holborn
Type: Rolling temporary contract, inital couple of months with likelihood of extending
Rate: £17 - £20 per hour, dependent on experience
This is an immediate start role.
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Office Manager to join a fast-growing fintech business based in Central London. This is a varied and busy role supporting a collaborative and rapidly expanding London office. The successful candidate will be confident working independently, taking ownership of the office environment and ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day. This role requires someone who is highly organised, solutions-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
What You’ll Do
• Manage the day-to-day running of the London office
• Coordinate office supplies and catering orders
• Maintain communal areas and ensure the office remains organised and presentable
• Proactively identify and resolve office and facilities issues
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors and building management when required
• Support office improvement projects, fit-outs and workspace changes
• Organise monthly socials, team events and seasonal celebrations
• Manage incoming post, deliveries and couriers
• Meet and greet guests, providing a professional and welcoming experience
• Support workplace budgeting and general office operations
• Assist with administrative tasks and ad hoc operational support where needed
Who You Are
• Proactive, confident and highly organised
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced in office management, workplace coordination or facilities support
• Able to manage competing priorities calmly and efficiently
• Friendly, approachable and professional
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Confident using initiative and working independently
• Ideally experienced supporting office moves, fit-outs or workplace projects
• Adaptable with a positive and hands-on attitude
