Location: Bournemouth (Office Based)
Salary: Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join a growing and dynamic business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys generating new business through proactive outreach.
The Role:
*Conducting high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients
*Introducing products and services, building initial rapport and interest
*Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities
*Booking appointments for senior sales or business development colleagues
*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system
*Working towards and exceeding individual sales and activity targets
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in sales, telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role
*Confident and professional communication skills
*Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven approach
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment
