Duration: Ongoing

Working pattern: ADHOC, Regular Shifts

Shift Time: Days: 9am – 9pm, Nights: 9pm – 9am (12 hours)

Payment: 11.5 hours paid per shift which includes 1 hour of breaks

Day Shift Rates: Dispenser - £14.78 PAYE or £17.00 Umbrella PAYE

Night Shift Rates: Dispenser - £16.52 PAYE or £19.00 Umbrella PAYE



Job Role:
*Work onsite at our warehouse facility located just outside Coventry, ensuring the safe and compliant dispensing of medications.
*Use our secure Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to process prescriptions and maintain confidentiality.
*Accurately check prescriptions against protocols set by the Medical Team, ensuring all requirements are met for safe supply.
*Prepare medications and liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch.
*Record concise and accurate notes in patient records as required.
*Follow operational protocols for prescription processing and escalate issues as needed.
*Engage in team training and meetings to stay updated on procedures and best practices.
*Maintain your professional registration and keep up with continuing education requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
*You must have a UK NVQ2 Qualification in Pharmacy / Dispensing
*Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant / Dispenser
