Up to £40,000 basic + uncapped commission | Office based | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
I’m currently recruiting for a driven and resilient Telemarketing Executive to join a growing business based in Bournemouth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume outbound sales environment and is motivated by results and earnings. You’ll be responsible for 100% cold calling activity, engaging prospective clients, qualifying opportunities and booking appointments for the Business Development Manager.
Key responsibilities:
*High-volume outbound cold calling to new prospects
*Building initial rapport and introducing services
*Qualifying leads and identifying opportunities
*Scheduling appointments for the BDM
*Accurately updating the CRM and maintaining call records
*Working towards and exceeding daily and monthly targets
What we’re looking for:
*Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing or outbound sales
*Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner
*Resilience and a positive, target-driven mindset
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
