This growing team is on the lookout for a confident and capable office manager to become the centre of its operations. From streamlining processes and supporting other sectors in the business to creating a positive and productive office environment. Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring administrative processes run efficiently.
*Supervise and support administrative staff, including reception and clerical teams.
*Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
*Coordinate internal communications and support cross-departmental collaboration.
*Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation in line with company policies.
*Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding, absence tracking, and personnel file management.
*Support finance functions including invoice processing, petty cash, and budget tracking.
*Liaise with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
*Ensure compliance with health & safety, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.
*Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in office management or senior administration, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
*Strong leadership and organisational skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP or business systems is advantageous.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Knowledge of basic HR and finance procedures is desirable.
