Job Description:
Full job descriptionKey Responsibilities *Partner with the Senior People Partner, COO, and HR team on employment and people matters.
*Coach and advise managers and employees.
*Lead complex employee relations (ER) cases and ensure compliance with employment law.
*Attend Executive Committee (ExCo) meetings to present and discuss HR matters.
*Support talent acquisition and workforce planning across multiple entities.
*Review, maintain, and update HR policies in line with current and upcoming legislation.
*Oversee employee benefits programmes and provide recommendations and insights.
*Contribute to HR strategy development and implementation.
Essential Requirements *Previous HR experience at Manager level.
*CIPD Level 5 or above.
*Strong employment law and ER expertise.
*Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
*Experience handling complex ER cases.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*Analytical approach with experience interpreting HR metrics and data.
*Strategic thinking combined with pragmatic decision-making.
*Willingness to travel to London, Windsor, and other locations as required.
