Day-to-day of the role:

*Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client onboarding.
*Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline and performance using CRM systems.
*Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
*Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and market developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in a sales role.
*Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
*Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
*Experience in B2B sales or account management.
*Knowledge of the company’s products, services, or sector (training provided).
