Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and E-Commerce Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. This role involves managing sales processes, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting our online sales platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficient computer literacy. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth of the clients e-commerce operations whilst developing valuable administrative experience.
Responsibilities
*Oversee daily sales administration tasks, including processing orders and updating sales records using CRM software.
*Manage online product listings and ensure accurate information across e-commerce platforms.
*Utilise Microsoft Excel to analyse sales data and generate reports for management review.
*Maintain organised customer databases and support customer service inquiries via email or phone.
*Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery schedules.
*Monitor and update tracking details for shipments
*Prepare professional presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
*Update client P&L sheets weekly
*Assist in managing inventory levels
*Raise client invoices
*Raise new orders
*Update sales orders to sales trackers on a weekly basis
*Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures related to sales administration.
Requirements
*Proven experience in sales administration, e-commerce management, or related administrative roles.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
*Experience with CRM software
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
*Good IT literacy with a solid understanding of computer systems and internet applications.
*Demonstrable customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions.
*Effective time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
*Previous e-commerce or sales administration experience
Free Parking on site
Hours Monday to Friday 09:00am -5:00pm
