Job Description:
Full job descriptionA dynamic and expanding wealth management firm based near Hatfield is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join their growing team.
This role is ideal for a driven adviser who thrives on building long-term relationships and developing a quality client bank. You’ll step straight into an established portfolio, supported by strong internal referrals and a well-structured marketing programme designed to accelerate business growth.
The Opportunity
You will join a firm with a steadily expanding client base and a proven referral network. From day one, you will inherit an initial £10m AUM, with further opportunities to engage with the wider client bank.

Key Responsibilities
*Delivering holistic financial planning to HNW and mass-affluent clients.
*Managing an initial £10m portfolio while actively increasing AUM.
*Building strong relationships with clients and professional partners within the associated accountancy firm.
*Attending client meetings, networking events and seminars to generate new opportunities.
*Providing advice across investments, pensions, retirement planning and protection.
*Working closely with paraplanners and administrators to ensure a seamless client experience.
*Spending the majority of your time in client-facing activity rather than office-based tasks.
Candidate Profile
*Level 4 Diploma qualified (CII or equivalent) as a minimum.
*Progression towards Chartered status is advantageous (study support available).
*Strong technical knowledge across financial planning and wealth management.
*Proven ability to build trust with HNW clients and professional introducers.

*Validation: 3x – 3.5x
*Bonus: 30% – 40% of all fee income generated
*Initial AUM: £10m from day one
*Full paraplanning and administrative support
*Structured marketing and seminar programme
*Additional benefits package (details available on request)
