Full job descriptionA great opportunity to join a growing financial services organisation in a key support role, helping advisers deliver an exceptional client experience.
The role:
*Preparing portfolio reports and pre-meeting documentation
*Reviewing and maintaining accurate client records
*Supporting new business processing
*Managing your own workflow to meet service standards
*Working closely with advisers, paraplanners and wider teams
*Escalating issues promptly to ensure smooth service delivery
What you’ll bring:
*Experience in administration or client servicing (ideally within Financial Services)
*Strong organisational and time-management skills
*Confident written and verbal communication
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
*Good attention to detail and accuracy
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office
*Willingness to work towards industry qualifications (desirable)
