Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor / CILEX Fee Earner / Senior Paralegal
Location: Finchley area
Hours: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: Circa £45,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) Experience: Around 5 years PQE or QBE (flexible – will consider less or more)

A well-established and friendly law firm in the Finchley area is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their busy and growing team. This role is ideal for someone who no longer wishes to run their own caseload but still wants to be fully involved in every stage of residential conveyancing transactions. You will assist with progressing files from instruction to completion, without the pressure of managing your own caseload or meeting billing targets.

This opportunity would particularly suit a parent seeking a temporary step back, someone wanting improved work-life balance, or an experienced Conveyancer who simply no longer wants the responsibility of running a full caseload.

What You Will Be Doing
*Assisting with a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters
*Handling all parts of the transaction without full caseload ownership
*Supporting the team with file progression from start to finish
*Maintaining excellent client care and communication
*Working closely with a supportive and approachable team
Who We Are Looking For
*Qualified Conveyancing Solicitors, CILEX Fee Earners, Licensed Conveyancers, or experienced Paralegals
*Around 5 years (flexible – candidates with less or more experience considered)
*Must live within 15 miles and 45 minutes of Finchley
*Strong experience managing or assisting with residential conveyancing caseloads
*Ability to work efficiently in a busy team environment
