This Management Accountant opportunity offers the chance to join a stable and collaborative finance team, offering the chance to work in a closely knitted and supportive environment where contributions are genuinely valued. Working closely with a senior member of the finance function, the successful individual will benefit from broad exposure across the business alongside the opportunity to take ownership within a hands-on and commercially focused role.
Skills needed
*Solid understanding of core accounting principles, with prior exposure to management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting).
*Exposure to financial operations including payroll, pensions, VAT and wider transactional finance processes.
*Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with confidence using Excel.
*A proactive individual who is willing to contribute to the wider business and support a collaborative, hands-on finance environment
