Morgan Mckinley are recruiting for an Interim Group Legal Cashier Manager position with the view of the role becoming permanent.

The Opportunity

You will lead a shared service legal cashiering function of circa 20 staff, including Legal Cashiers, Senior Cashiers and Deputy Management level employees. Creating a genuine opportunity for someone to make a long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities *Managing and leading a team of around 20 within a shared services environment
*Supporting and developing team members through coaching and upskilling
*Driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
*Supporting ongoing finance systems transformation projects
*Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business
Experience Required *Previous Legal Cashiering management experience
*Experience managing larger teams (ideally 10+)
*Strong people management and leadership skills
*Tech and transformation mindset
*Experience with Elite 3E and/or Salesforce/Satinia would be highly advantageous
