Salary: £21-25 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support professional for our Motor Vehicle department at a well-regarded college in South East London. This role is crucial in supporting both lecturers and learners, ensuring a smooth and effective learning environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
Assist lecturers with lesson preparation to ensure that classes run smoothly.
Maintain vehicles, workshops, classrooms, and equipment to uphold high standards of safety and functionality.
Provide direct support to learners at various levels, helping them to achieve their educational goals.
Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations and college policies.
Contribute to creating and maintaining an effective, supportive learning environment that fosters learning and development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A Motor Vehicle qualification or a minimum of 2 years’ industry experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and staff.
Ability to motivate and support learners, enhancing their educational experience.
Good organisational and IT skills to manage resources and maintain records efficiently.
