An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor to join a growing and well-regarded Casualty team in Leeds. Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, you will handle a broad caseload of Employers’ Liability and Public Liability matters on behalf of insurer clients.

Candidate Profile/Experience Needed*Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE
*Experience handling defendant personal injury claims
*Strong background in EL/PL litigation
*Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
*Good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
*Commercial and pragmatic approach to legal problem solving
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*Collaborative attitude with an interest in supporting junior colleagues
