We are seeking a caring, adaptable and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming early years setting in Ellesmere Port on a part-time, temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly build positive relationships and bring consistency, warmth and energy to the team.
About the Role
*Support high-quality provision in line with the EYFS framework
*Help create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment
*Work alongside teachers to support observations and child development
*Encourage early communication, social skills and independence
*Uphold safeguarding and wellbeing standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
*A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
*Sound knowledge of child development and early years practice
*Understanding of safeguarding and Teacher Standards
*A calm, flexible and nurturing approach
*Someone who can confidently step in and make a positive impact from day one
