This role offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys working closely with operational leaders and influencing business performance through insight, analysis, and strategic support.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping drive financial performance, support growth initiatives, and contribute to key business decisions across a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The RoleAs a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with business leaders and operational teams to provide financial insight, challenge, and support across a broad range of commercial activities.
Key responsibilities include:
*Leading forecasting and planning activities for designated business areas.
*Providing insightful analysis of financial and operational performance.
*Supporting senior stakeholders in understanding key performance drivers and identifying opportunities for improvement.
*Delivering high-quality management information and board-level reporting.
*Partnering with operational leaders to improve profitability, efficiency, and resource utilisation.
*Supporting strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment decisions.
*Contributing to annual budgeting and longer-term planning processes.
*Assisting with commercial proposals, pricing reviews, and growth opportunities where required.
*Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes, systems, and reporting.
*Working collaboratively across the wider finance function to support business priorities and best practice.
About YouWe are seeking a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience operating in a commercial finance orbusiness partnering environment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
*Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
*Previous experience supporting senior operational or commercial leaders.
*Excellent analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
*The ability to translate complex financial information into clear commercial recommendations.
*Strong communication and presentation skills.
