Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are recruiting for an Air Import Clerk to join a busy air freight team based in Slough.
Monday to Friday pm
Key Responsibilities
*Manage air import shipments from arrival through to clearance and delivery
*Prepare and check import documentation (AWBs, invoices, customs entries)
*Coordinate customs clearance in line with current regulations
*Liaise with customers, airlines, and warehouse teams
*Track shipments and resolve any delays or discrepancies
*Ensure compliance with customs and CAA requirements
Requirements
*Previous air import or freight forwarding experience
*Basic understanding of customs procedures and import documentation
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
