An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a busy, award-winning fresh food gastro pub.
This well-established 1AA Rosette venue is known for its high standards, seasonal menus, and quality fresh ingredients, offering an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef looking to develop within a professional kitchen environment.


The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the senior chefs to deliver consistently high standards across service. You will take ownership of your section while contributing to the ongoing success of this fast-paced and quality-driven kitchen.


Responsibilities
*Running your own section during service
*Preparing and presenting high-quality fresh dishes
*Maintaining 1AA Rosette standards
*Supporting junior members of the brigade
*Ensuring excellent hygiene and food safety standards
*Working effectively within a professional kitchen team


Requirements
*Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
*Experience in fresh food kitchens essential
*Rosette experience preferred
*Passion for quality ingredients and seasonal cooking
*Calm under pressure with strong organisational skills
*Positive attitude and strong work ethic
*Due to the location, a car driver is essential
