Full job descriptionA1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Metal /Jewellery Polisher on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing business within the jewellery industry based in Hertfordshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous jewellery polishing, finishing, or relevant precision manufacturing experience to join a skilled and supportive team. The company is also open to considering candidates willing to relocate to Birmingham for future opportunities within the business.
Key Responsibities
*Polish and finish a variety of jewellery pieces to a high standard
*Use hand and machine polishing techniques
*Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications
*Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and production targets
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
*Support continuous improvement within the workshop
Candidate Experience
*Previous experience within jewellery polishing, finishing, or a similar precision manufacturing environment
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
*Experience using polishing tools and equipment
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Positive attitude and strong work ethic
