Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancing Fee Earner
A highly reputable, multi service law firm in Cheadle is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, ideally qualified to join its high-performing and friendly Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, well-structured firm that offers strong support, low volume caseloads, fantastic culture / work life balance and an market leading bonus scheme.
Remuneration & Benefits
*Salary: Highly competitive DOE
*Bonus scheme
*Paralegal / Legal Secretary support
*25 days holidays + Bank holidays
*Hybrid working – 2 days from home after probation
*Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm
*Supportive, relaxed and friendly working environment

The Role
*Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
*Handle Freehold and Leasehold Sale and Purchase matters
*Ability to deal with New Build, Shared Ownership and Buy to Let (Not essential)
*Work closely with support teams to ensure smooth file progression
*Maintain a high level of client care
*Work within a structured and well-supported property department
The Candidate
*Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or experienced Fee Earner
*Ability to manage a residential caseload independently from inception to completion
*Capable of managing 60-70 files from start to finish
*Confident handling Sale & Purchase transactions is essential
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Team player with a positive attitude
