Are you ready to make a significant impact in the retail media landscape? We are on the lookout for two enthusiastic Senior Business Analysts to embark on an exciting journey with our client, a leading name in the retail sector! This fixed-term contract offers a unique opportunity to work on a major transformation program with a focus on Retail Media.
What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting multiple workstreams that drive process transformation and enhance enterprise architecture. Your expertise will be invaluable in the following areas:


*Engagement & Collaboration: Lead stakeholder workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather insights.
*Requirements Gathering: Document business, process, and operational requirements with precision.
*Process Mapping: Produce current-state and future-state process documentation to visualize improvements.
*Governance & Coordination: Assist in programme governance, reporting, and delivery coordination to keep everything on track.
*Documentation Quality: Maintain high standards for deliverables and documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment.
What We’re Looking For:
We seek candidates with a wealth of experience and a knack for transformation:
*Experience: Significant background in business analysis within transformation programmes.
*Skills: Strong requirements gathering and process mapping capabilities.
*Documentation: Excellent skills in producing clear and concise documentation.
*Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
*Organisational Skills: Strong coordination capability with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not mandatory, the following experience is a bonus:
*Familiarity with the retail, media, or customer operations environments.
*Exposure to operating model and technology transformation initiatives.
*Experience in consulting-led delivery environments.
Engagement Details:
*Duration: Approx. 16 weeks
*Location: Hybrid / London
*IR35 Status: Outside
*Compensation: Daily rate plus delivery bonus linked to successful project outcomes.
