Full job descriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join a busy and supportive finance team.

What You’ll Be Doing:• Chasing outstanding payments and reducing aged debt.
• Providing invoices, credit notes and customer statements.
• Reconciling customer accounts and resolving payment queries.
• Monitoring customer accounts, credit limits and payment plans.
• Processing card payments, direct debits and supporting reporting tasks.

What We’re Looking For:• Previous experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Intermediate Excel skills and confidence using multiple systems.
• Organised with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
