Full job descriptionConveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer
*Highly Reputable Law Firm
*Low Volume Caseload - 50 files max
*Dedicated assistant, post comp and new business team
*Liverpool City Centre
*Salary £35k - £55k depending on experience and level of PQE
*Hybrid - 2 days home, 3 days office
*25 Days annual leave + Christmas + Bank Holidays
*Bonus Scheme up to £9k per annum
The Role
*Manage a caseload of no more than 50 files
*Deal with a mix of Freehold and Leasehold, Sale, Purchase and New Build files
*Ability to deal with your own Title Checks
*Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
*Deal with, respond to and raise enquires
The Candidate
*Possess a minimum of 3 years fee earning experience in a conveyancing role
*Experience handling a varied caseloads from opening of the file to completion
*Have excellent attention to detail
*Have the ability to build strong client relationships
*Possess excellent interpersonal skills
