Overview
I am excited to be partnering with a fast growing UK buisiness based in Leeds. They are actively seeking an Assistant Group Accountant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone to really grow and develop.
Role
Support the Group Accountant in preparing and maintaining financial information, while gaining core accounting experience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Prepare VAT returns
*Produce management accounts for group entities
*Process invoices and intercompany transactions
*Perform bank reconciliations and manage payments
*Support cashflow reporting and debt tracking
*Reconcile supplier and intercompany balances
*Provide general finance support
Requirements
*Entry-level or AAT trainee
*Strong willingness to learn
*Team-oriented and proactive
*Basic accounting knowledge (preferred)
