Full job descriptionWe’re looking for an experienced Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager who can turn customer insight into measurable growth.
This is a high-impact role with ownership of the end-to-end marketing funnel across multiple markets.

*Full marketing lifecycle: acquisition, nurture, conversion, retention, expansion and win-back
*A data-led funnel strategy that improves conversion and accelerates pipeline
*Activation of customer insight, behaviour and feedback (incl. NPS)
*Cross-sell and retention programmes that drive commercial impact
*Alignment of lifecycle strategy across regions, balancing global consistency with local relevance
*Working closely with internal stakeholders and teams on the delivery of campaigns and analysis
Profile
*7+ years in Marketing (B2B) - lifecycle, demand gen, growth
*Previous broad B2B customer lifecycle marketing experience is essential for this role
*A solid track record of success and results in B2B marketing - professional services would be an advantage
*Experience leading on marketing strategy
*Strong analytical and commercial mindset
*Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Growth teams
*A track record of turning insight into action and results
