We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of distributor, vending and foodservice accounts across the UK .
The role will focus on developing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving profitable sales growth within a fast-paced and competitive market.
Based in Harlow, Essex our client is happy for remote working with occassional visits to their office.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and grow existing customer accounts
*Identify and win new business opportunities
*Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
*Deliver against sales targets and KPIs
*Create account development plans and commercial proposals
*Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, operations and supply chain
*Monitor market trends, product development and customer needs
*Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting
Key Skills & Experience:
*Proven experience in account management or business development
*Strong communication and negotiation skills within packaging industries. (must have skill)
*Ability to build long-term customer relationships
*Self-motivated, organised and target driven
*Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
*Full UK driving licence preferred
