Full job descriptionSenior Property Manager (Residential Block Management)
Homebased | £45,000–£55,000 + Uncapped Commission + £5,000 Car Allowance
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential blocks and estates.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage block and estate portfolios ensuring compliance and high service delivery
*Lead on Building Safety Act requirements, cladding remediation, and funding applications
*Oversee fire safety, EWS1, and health & safety compliance
*Act as escalation point for complex leasehold, legal, and resident matters
*Manage service charge budgets, major works, and contractors
*Support and mentor junior team members
About You
*2–3+ years’ experience in residential block management
*Strong knowledge of building safety legislation and leasehold law
*Experience with EWS1, FRA, and remediation projects
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Full UK driving licence
