An established and growing national organisation is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to support its expanding education and skills provision for initially 6-8 months.
Following a period of growth and diversification, the organisation requires an individual to take ownership of quality, governance, and Ofsted readiness, ensuring all programmes meet expected regulatory standards.
This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives on embedding structure, driving improvement, and preparing services for inspection.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead a full review of current quality and education frameworks
*Identify gaps in Ofsted readiness and compliance
*Implement and embed robust quality assurance processes
*Drive continuous improvement across adult skills delivery
*Ensure alignment with funding and awarding body requirements
*Support operational teams to meet inspection standards
*Provide clear direction on what "good" looks like in practice
About You
You will bring:*Proven experience within adult education, training providers or FE environments
*Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and inspection requirements
*Experience working with skills funding and accredited programmes
*A track record of improving quality and inspection outcomes
