Full job descriptionProject Manager - Structured Cabling & Datacentre InfrastructureLocation: Remote with occasional UK and international travel
Contract: Initial 6 Months
Start Date: ASAP
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Structured Cabling and Datacentre Infrastructure projects. This role will involve managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating technical teams and suppliers, and ensuring successful implementation within agreed timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities*Deliver Structured Cabling and Datacentre infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion.
*Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
*Coordinate installation activities including cabling, rack and stack, and infrastructure deployments.
*Engage with stakeholders, suppliers, and technical delivery teams.
*Ensure projects are delivered in line with quality, governance, and customer requirements.
*Produce regular project reporting and status updates.
Essential Skills & Experience*Proven experience delivering Structured Cabling projects.
*Strong Datacentre project delivery experience.
*Knowledge of rack and stack activities and physical infrastructure deployments.
*Experience managing multiple stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
*Strong risk, issue, and change management skills.
*Excellent communication and project governance experience.
Desirable Skills*Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) project experience.
*Experience within large-scale infrastructure or data centre environments.
*PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent Project Management certification.
