Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are currently partnering with an esteemed housing provider in Tunbridge Wells, who are recruiting for a Scheme Manager on a 3-month temporary.
This is a part-time position (21 hours per week) with flexible working hours across a minimum of 3 days (must work on a Monday).
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
*Managing a schemes of 18 units
*Supporting the residents with independent living
*Leading on community involvement
*Carrying out regular welfare checks
*Performing warden call and fire safety checks
*Dealing with low level ASB
*Reporting repairs and ensuring completion of any works
*Turning over void properties in a timely manner
Experience required:
*Experience working with elderly residents
*Enhanced DBS certificate taken out within the last three years
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Good organisational and time management skills
*Experience resolving complaints or negative consumer feedback
*Awareness of and ability to comply with relevant health and safety legislation
*Experience working within a housing scheme
Working hours:
*21 hours per week
*Flexible hours to be discussed at interview stage
