Full job descriptionAre you an ambitious Paraplanner with at least one year of basic paraplanning experience and a desire to grow into a Financial Adviser role over time? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected Wealth Management firm offering a structured, long-term pathway to becoming an Adviser (typically 4+ years), without requiring Diploma qualifications at entry.


The Role
You’ll join a collaborative, well-supported paraplanning team responsible for producing high-quality suitability reports and providing technical support to a group of 12 advisers. This is a "slow burn" development role—ideal for someone who wants to build deep technical expertise and progress at a sustainable pace.
What you’ll need:
*Minimum 1 year of basic paraplanning experience
*Experience producing suitability reports
*Level 4 diploma qualified (or very close to)
*A proactive, detail-driven approach and a genuine interest in long-term career development
