As Operations Manager, you will;
*Oversee day-to-day facilities management operations across 2 London sites.
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
*Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery.
*Monitor and manage budgets related to facilities management operations.
*Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet organisational goals.
*Manage and support team members to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
*Oversee maintenance schedules and manage third-party service providers.
Profile
For this role, a successful Operations Manager should have:
