My client, a leading law firm, is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented residential property paralegal to join their busy team at our central London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced conveyancing environment, working alongside experienced fee earners on a varied caseload.
Their Residential Property team advises on a broad range of matters for an impressive client base and has built a strong reputation as a trusted name within the industry. Key Responsibilities
*Assisting with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
*Preparing and reviewing legal documents
*Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, estate agents, and other third parties
*Assisting in the progress of property files from initial instruction through to post-completion
*Supporting fee earners to ensure transactions progress efficiently and deadlines are met
Candidate Requirements
*Minimum of 1 year experience in residential property / conveyancing as a Paralegal or similar
*Good understanding of the residential sale and purchase process
*Experience in completion and submission of required protocol forms
*Good understanding of AML requirements and compliance procedures
*Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Exposure to acting for companies would be advantageous
