We’re representing a growing Warehouse Solutions Group looking for a hands-on Management Accountant to join their finance team in Northampton.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in a finance transformation project within a multi-entity business.


You’ll take ownership of producing accurate monthly management accounts across several group companies while helping improve and streamline existing manual processes. For the right person, this is a chance to really make your mark.


What You’ll Be Doing:
*Producing monthly management accounts across multiple entities
*Preparing P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow reporting
*Posting journals, accruals and prepayments
*Managing the fixed asset register
*Variance analysis against budgets and prior periods
*Supporting budgeting, forecasting and VAT returns
*Assisting with year-end audit requirements
*Producing ad hoc financial analysis and reports
*Supporting improvements across the finance function


What We’re Looking For:
*Previous management accounts experience
*Experience in a multi-entity environment preferred
*QBE, AAT, part-qualified ACCA/CIMA considered
*Strong Excel and analytical skills
*Proactive, detail-focused and organised
*Comfortable working with manual processes and driving improvements
*Xero and/or SAP experience advantageous
