No previous estate agency experience is required. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a desire to succeed, full training will be provided.

The RoleAs a Trainee Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator, you will learn all aspects of residential property sales, including:
*Registering applicants and matching buyers to suitable properties
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Building relationships with buyers and sellers
*Generating new business opportunities
*Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
*Assisting with sales progression through to completion
*Delivering exceptional customer service
About You*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Confident and professional telephone manner
*Motivated by targets and earning potential
*Positive and enthusiastic attitude
*Well-presented and professional
*Strong organisational skills
*Full UK driving licence preferred
*Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or telesales experience would be advantageous but is not essential
