A respected, forward-thinking UK advisory and accountancy group is seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor to join its Guildford team. You’ll lead audits for small to medium-sized clients across a variety of industries, working closely with Managers and junior colleagues to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. The role offers real variety, visibility with clients, and clear long-term progression.
About the firm
This organisation is a leading national multi-disciplinary advisory, tax and audit group, backed by a strong network and known for its collaborative culture, modern flexibility and focus on developing people at every stage.

You’ll also contribute to audit efficiency, risk assessment and insightful reporting for Managers and Partners.
Key responsibilities include:

*Excellent communication skills and a personable, confident manner with clients
*Adaptability, initiative and strong organisational/time-management skills

*Option to buy/sell additional holiday
*Hybrid working
