We are working with a leading European venture capital firm backing Europe’s most ambitious founders from Series A and beyond. They are looking for an intelligent and ambitious Investor Relations Professional to work across the full investor relations remit. What the job involves
*Drive fundraising execution across the fund products alongside investment teams
*Map and engage prospective LPs, leading outreach and introductory conversations
*Own CRM pipeline management, tracking and reporting
*Plan and deliver fundraising events and represent Molten at industry conferences
Who we are looking for *Experienced in investor relations or fundraising within private markets
*Strong understanding of the LP landscape across institutional investors, family offices and fund of funds
*Confident communicator, comfortable in LP-facing settings
*Highly organised with a commercial mindset and strong CRM discipline
*Collaborative team player with a genuine interest in the venture and growth ecosystem
